Here’s how it works: Geolocated Messages (Optional): You can target users based on their location using Google Maps API Keys. By setting a specific location, you can ensure that the message is only delivered to users within that geographical area. Alternatively, you can choose not to set a location and send the message to all users. Targeting Specific Devices: Send to iOS & Android devices: This sends the message to users on both platforms. Send to Android only or iOS only: You can target messages based on the device operating system, ensuring a more tailored experience for users on each platform. User Targeting: Send to all my users: This will send the message to every user who has the app, including those who are not registered. Send to specific users: With the ""Individual Push Notifications"" module installed, you can target specific users from your user list. You can manually select which users will receive the message. Send to Specific Topics: You can create specific topics or groups within your app and send push notifications to users subscribed to those topics. This allows you to send targeted messages based on user interests or behaviors. This feature can be used for promotional offers, updates, news, or any other important announcements, enhancing user engagement by delivering relevant content directly to their device when they're active in the app.
To send Push Notifications for your app, it must first be set as ""published"" on the App Store and Google Play. Once your app is live, you can send notifications to your users to keep them engaged and informed. Here’s how it works: App Publishing: Before you can send push notifications, ensure that your app is published on the App Store (iOS) and Google Play (Android). This means your app should be fully approved and available to users for download. Login to Back Office: To manage your app’s settings, including push notifications, you’ll need to access the back office. Log in to the platform using your credentials at: App Management Portal: https://editor.appzky.com/clean/login.php Push Notification Setup: Once logged in, navigate to the Push Notification section of the back office. Here, you can create and manage messages that you wish to send to your users. You can target specific users, segments, or all app users. Customize the content of the notification (such as title, body, and action) and schedule it for delivery. Sending Notifications: After your app is live, and push notifications are enabled in your back office, you can start sending messages to your users. Notifications can be triggered for various purposes, like updates, promotions, reminders, or important announcements. By using push notifications, you can keep your users informed and increase engagement within the app. Make sure to manage notification frequency to avoid overwhelming users and to ensure that notifications are timely and relevant.
